Welcome to ZK Ranches, a Tennessee-based cow/calf operation devoted to producing hormone-free, grass-fed, and grain-finished beef. Founded in 2012 by Zach Knowles, a sixth-generation cattle rancher, we are committed to delivering superior-quality meat directly to consumers. Since 2018, Lyndi Adler-Knowles has brought her 15+ years of horse and cattle ranching experience to our team. We proudly offer a farm-to-table experience with our range of healthy, affordable meats including beef, chicken, pork, lamb, salmon, and more.
