Welcome to ZK Ranches, a Tennessee-based cow/calf operation devoted to producing hormone-free, grass-fed, and grain-finished beef. Founded in 2012 by Zach Knowles, a sixth-generation cattle rancher, we are committed to delivering superior-quality meat directly to consumers. Since 2018, Lyndi Adler-Knowles has brought her 15+ years of horse and cattle ranching experience to our team. We proudly offer a farm-to-table experience with our range of healthy, affordable meats including beef, chicken, pork, lamb, salmon, and more. Pricy but totally worth it. They are very patient and great with their customers. They also have options of grain-fed or corn-fed and they explain the difference. I personally prefer grain fed as it has less fat
